September 1st and the challenge to adapt Good Morning Habits has started. Lately I have been doing challenges, a new for every month. I found the idea very rewarding, easy to follow while exploring or renewing new and old health habits trying new food or adapt a new exercise regime, make life more fun and try new ways to improve and enjoy a better life whilst others also can be a part and benefit as well.

30 Day "To Weight-loss & Shape Up" Challenge


Take the 30 days challenge and be more gorgeous!!!

No matter the level you are on, whether you’re a fitness star, new in fitness, struggling to lose weight, have to fight constant fatigue, or even if you just have a tendency to procrastinate at the gym and your fitness time; motivation is the requirement for success.  I’m not talking about just the desire that pushes you to prove you are better than someone else or the need to prove something from a challenge,  rather your driving force which personally keep you going. What kind of motivation would you need in order to do something consecutively for 30 days so it can become a habit?

Let us do what we can keep it simple and create new habits. There is week challenges to help you create those good habits  for activity, nutrition and ideas to ease your way. I will also provide videos for your weekly exercise.

What to Target to Lose Weight

Weightloss is more a mental challenge than a physical, that is what i try to make understood in my articles, all starts in the brain.  It is also a nutrition challenge, healthy eating habits but not, as many believe, that you have to suffer with boring food deprive yourself of what you love to eat. It can never be the case that we are healthy when we dislike what we eat, loosing weight is a health matter not a torture yourself and hate food matter. Like what you eat and do is in much a mindset and a key to faster, easier weightloss and to keep the healthy weight.

10 Healthy Everyday Activities To Do No Matter Season

During my health journey I learned how  important it is to stay active on an everyday basis. It is the key for health but also for weight loss and keeping a healthy weight. If you want to feel good, if you want to be well, if you want to be strong, beautiful and energetic then - move your butt!


My home is in Europe and Sweden where I normally live and I am very well familiar with the cooler season and how people get less active during that time and to that eat more, with the natural outcome gain weight and feel less energetic and well. And I'm now living in a warm subtropical place with very high humidity and heat that make you dripping wet with sweat.  I have lived now in Malaysia for a year and I can tell that it can be very challenging to keep an active lifestyle here as well. The weather conditions in both countries are totally different . Because of that experience I wanted to make a list of what works all the time no matter season.

Today I'm going to write about my experienced detoxification that appeared at the time of the second month from my health and weight loss journey. I will share what I observed happened and why. This is the real magic I talk about because our body is a manifest of perfection and when we treat it right well then divine appear!

After nearly a couple of weeks more or less in my second month of training, with aware and better eating choices I started to see even more results on my weight and mood. I became more happy, energetic and satisfied among a less me. What more I started to see my body getting rid of the toxins and that was an amazing experience even though not beautiful.

I want to defuse the misconception and idea about healthy living as out of reach, hard to implement and achieve for "normal" individuals. Healthy living has an image in peoples mind as fit enthusiasts with six packs having the money needed and time to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Others believe they have to give up all the fun to live well and with health, neither is true!

I will share the best habits I know and are important for my health and are proved to be good for all specifically the three first habits as a basis. Start at the top and add as many as you can to fulfil your lifestyle improvements.

Loose weight, have fun and get some great benefits for your health. My experience of the dance forms, Latin aerobic and oriental and the facts I found are equivalent. The amount of benefit you get from dancing depends on, like most exercises, the type of dancing you're doing, how strenuous it is, the duration and your skill level.

A Smash - hit for Health!

It was one of the best decisions and best rewarding choice to buy that first gym card. I was very excited but also a little bit nervous. To be sick in 18 years is not the sexiest you can be, but my confidence my deep insight and determination and humorous side made the step easy to take and I opened the doors to my gym and it was a Smash-hit!!!

Yes please do empty your plate! Why is it a crime to empty your plate? In many advises I saw, when I was searching for good ways to tackle my eating issues, the advises was the same. Leave food on your plate when you are full. It is a good advise when you don't have eating problems -no need for advise either then, but when your relation to food is disturbed its not the best advise to have in my experience.

This is as we all know a big issue for many today and big business for others. There is so many trends and "diets" that promise fast weight loss and enough desperation would I say for people to buy all that craziness.  But do your self a favour and do not bother. What you should bother is the calories.
