My home is in Europe and Sweden where I normally live and I am very well familiar with the cooler season and how people get less active during that time and to that eat more, with the natural outcome gain weight and feel less energetic and well. And I'm now living in a warm subtropical place with very high humidity and heat that make you dripping wet with sweat. I have lived now in Malaysia for a year and I can tell that it can be very challenging to keep an active lifestyle here as well. The weather conditions in both countries are totally different . Because of that experience I wanted to make a list of what works all the time no matter season.
No matter season there is activities you can do to keep you in better health and mood. Some of the activities may surprise you as you maybe haven't look at that as an activity for health and weight loss. What ever you can do that keep you moving is good, for some means enjoying outdoors activities and others like movements indoors, there is some for everyone so put your good intention on and get moving!
10 Healthy Everyday Activities To Do

If you want not to gain weight, keep a healthy weigh and feel good here you have 10 healthy activities to do what ever the season is. Just keep your self active during the day and avoid sitting.
1. Go Walking. Walking is a winner activity for the simple reason you can walk anywhere, anytime. You can walk in a park hit the streets or the treadmill. Walking is the basic in fitness with many benefits, everyone can start walking and it is very effective both for maintain good health and loose weight. All you need is a good pair of shoes. Get your shoes on and start going. You can also do as I when I want to monitor my daily movement I wear a step counter.
2. Dancing. Another winner activity for the reason that it is easily applied in your life. You just need to put on the radio and dance with all your heart or you can join some of the many dance classes have a lot of fun and make new friends. Dancing is wonderful way to shape you up with out even notice doing that and as with walking you can do it when ever you like. What is also notable is if you follow a choreography it's perfect brain training among other benefits.
3. Run up the stairs. A perfect way to strengthen your legs and buttocs. I live at the 14 floor now and I take the stairs two at the time up (mostly) for more effect to my buttocs and take the elevator down to spare my knees. I know that not everyone have stairs to do that but if you have then give it a try. It's suggested for good health to walk 10,000 steps daily so this is a good add to those daily steps right in your home, count your stair steps and then you will know how many steps you do, run up and walk down as many times you can until you reach 10 sets of 10 . And if you cant run then walk. You can also use a stair-stepper which will give you a good workout while adding the healthy steps.
4. Go mall walking. Yes a very good activity indeed my friends both physically and mentally. And a great way to contribute to the 10000 steps a day. I do that quite often you can easily walk around a couple hours, time fly way and walking all the way and walk up for the escalator too. Perfect because you don't need much more then take you there and have fun watching all that happens while you contribute to your health. Most of us feel good when we go out and have the feeling of connection with others and go out and get moving regardless weather is the point.
5. Do bodyweight exercise. I am a practitioner of body weight exercise and it is most beneficial to an overall health and believe that everyone should do it. Body weight exercises are a simple and effective way to improve your strength, flexibility and balance without extra equipment. Use your body weight to get stronger with body resistance alone and the good news is you can do it everywhere. You can eventually buy equipment and add extra weight for higher resistance and advantage for home-training, as with dumbbells and resistance band .
6. Clean the home. Happy cleaning everyone. A great way to apply naturally healthy activity in your everyday. You burn calories while you get a beautiful clean home at the same time adding more steps, yes have to remind, and you can consider the cleaning as a workout, the heavier as for example window cleaning the more calories you burn. Put on good music, your cleaning gloves and start the cleaning workout and you can take some dance moves too if you feel like it, smiling!
7. Rearrange the furniture. I call this one strength training because it really is that and as you are cleaning you can as well make that extra program for more benefits. I like to move around my furniture to bring change and a touch of freshness to home. Good workout and home renewal at the same time. It is good to move around the furniture at least once a month and vacuum behind and around it. Many good things comes together in this activity as in most.
8. Do dry skin brushing. Many of you know about dry skin brushing and for those who don't know is as the name explain, when you brush your skin, when dry, with a brush. The health benefits for skin brushing is many, among with improving the surface circulation of the skin -and the reason I chose to have it here, very good for the lymphatic system to be able and circulate better, exercise also help to that, and help to get rid of the toxins. Doing so we improve our immune system and as if that is not enough the skin became cleaner, by getting rid of all the dead skin, and smoother, youthful. This is great when you do skin brushing daily while loosing weight too - some say daily dry skin brushing tight the skin up and we all want that right! Until recently I did skin brushing a few times every week but started doing it in a daily basis as I read about the benefits. A good natural brush is all you need.
9. Go to gym. Take the time and go to the gym. It is a good place to do a more serious weight and strength training exercise, ask the trainers for advise and use the weight equipment to build muscle strength, that way you burn more calories and became lean. When I go I do enjoy time there, I do weight training and finish with core exercise and treadmill after that take time for sauna and to pamper myself. Give yourself a good time at the gym and reward yourself by taking extra care of you, you are worth all the rewards.
10. Do core exercise. Another perfect health and very important exercise and often neglected. With strong core muscles, which include the muscles around your trunk and pelvic, you improve your balance and stability. The fact is that everything you do from daily activities to any fitness/sport activity and how well you do it depends on a stable, strong core. A stable core gives you good posture, you avoid injuries and prevent lower back pain. I believe this exercise should be done from everyone several times a week. Give your self the best and start doing it you only need your body.
