On the menu - Fragrant Tomato Curry Sauce for Delicious Healthy Light Stews

A simple, budget friendly, versatile and quick curry recipe to prepare and make dinner in no time with a rich and delicious taste. In this recipe I used chickpeas but i love the variety of dishes you can make with this sauce as base. I use the same recipe to make chicken curry from chicken leftovers, fresh chicken breast is perfect too or with white beans, which is a staple food I have either in my pantry, cans, or homemade in the fridge. You can also make a vegetarian dish with cauliflower or bell peppers. 

This is the kind of food you want to have on your menu repertory either because you want to eat a real home cooked meal done in less time or you have friends over and they stay for dinner. This recipe is a sure card to use as long as you have your staples as tinned tomatoes, canned legumes or frozen veggies. It is a light recipe and a great add to a diet plan.

30 Day "To Weight-loss & Shape Up" Challenge


Take the 30 days challenge and be more gorgeous!!!

No matter the level you are on, whether you’re a fitness star, new in fitness, struggling to lose weight, have to fight constant fatigue, or even if you just have a tendency to procrastinate at the gym and your fitness time; motivation is the requirement for success.  I’m not talking about just the desire that pushes you to prove you are better than someone else or the need to prove something from a challenge,  rather your driving force which personally keep you going. What kind of motivation would you need in order to do something consecutively for 30 days so it can become a habit?

Let us do what we can keep it simple and create new habits. There is week challenges to help you create those good habits  for activity, nutrition and ideas to ease your way. I will also provide videos for your weekly exercise.

How to Catch Up with Your Resolutions

Sometimes we just don't prepare our selves good enough and rush into things, especially when it has to do with catching on our dreams, for that's what resolutions is about dreams we want fulfilled and we want a fulfillment now. And it's there we fail we aren't prepared enough and may give up, but our dreams is too important to give up or leave over.

I want you to succeed and be thrilled over your life, when we do succeed and overcome obstacles we get stronger will power which helps to create success in other areas in our life. Powerful isn't it? 

In this article I share three of the keys to a success formula I used when I started my health journey and use when ever I have to reconnect or get a start with something new. Read, prepare and get started, I promise you will get there if you want it!



Don't be enticed to start big.
That's setting up yourself to failure. You need to be real in how big changes you can accomplish and changes is easier to apply when they are adapted to your lifestyle and not to different of what you are used too. Create changes over time, for example if your intention is to lose weight, make step by step changes to your eating habits, make better choices and add more vegetables, greens, salads and fruits to your diet while cutting back on fast food and sugary drinks.

Create Routine.
You need to schedule and make time for the new in your daily life. You have to plan for it to happen whatever time of the day works best for you and embrace the new habit. Once you create a routine around what ever you need to accomplish it'll be much easier for you to follow and stick to it. 

The 30 day rule.
As research shows that's what it takes to create a new habit and kick the bad ones out, a month. Make a vow that you will do the new habit for 30 days while you quit doing the bad one and you will be on your way to success. Adding new replacing the old that took you to a place you don't want to be anymore is the best approach as to succeed we need to replace and not just quit with a bad habit.

Replace+repeat+ 30 days= new habit, DONE!

 I'm going to post a 30 day challenge for weight loss that I made last year for friends to follow and create new habits previous to the new year. It is a 4 week program that I call "To weight loss & shape goes Challenge" and is a very good step by step program to start with weekly challenges to create new habits and I will link to exercises in Taebo as you have seen here on my page, it's perfect to loss weight and tone your body. After one month you will be a big step further to your goal in weight loss.

10 Healthy Everyday Activities To Do No Matter Season

During my health journey I learned how  important it is to stay active on an everyday basis. It is the key for health but also for weight loss and keeping a healthy weight. If you want to feel good, if you want to be well, if you want to be strong, beautiful and energetic then - move your butt!


My home is in Europe and Sweden where I normally live and I am very well familiar with the cooler season and how people get less active during that time and to that eat more, with the natural outcome gain weight and feel less energetic and well. And I'm now living in a warm subtropical place with very high humidity and heat that make you dripping wet with sweat.  I have lived now in Malaysia for a year and I can tell that it can be very challenging to keep an active lifestyle here as well. The weather conditions in both countries are totally different . Because of that experience I wanted to make a list of what works all the time no matter season.

Today I'm going to write about my experienced detoxification that appeared at the time of the second month from my health and weight loss journey. I will share what I observed happened and why. This is the real magic I talk about because our body is a manifest of perfection and when we treat it right well then divine appear!

After nearly a couple of weeks more or less in my second month of training, with aware and better eating choices I started to see even more results on my weight and mood. I became more happy, energetic and satisfied among a less me. What more I started to see my body getting rid of the toxins and that was an amazing experience even though not beautiful.

How about packaged labelled and ready to eat

I read many ideas and articles about does and doesn'ts and that is the case for todays article, about packaged and labelled foods does and dosen'ts. What i want to say is that not all that look alike are alike! 

I got the idea after reading an article written by a dietitian, which by the way had good information too, and she wrote; avoid everything with labels considering fruits, vegetables and meat. Well, please don't mess with peoples minds. At least when you do such a statement clarify better what you mean.

This is one of the reasons I  started my blog. The confusion the experts contribute to or the way they want to represent a "truth" depending on the interests. As I know there is many sides of a truth. I would love to know an information is as truthful as possible.

Having good food available is essential when you want to loose weight and you need to make well-balanced meals to keep your mood and tummy happy. That will keep you away from mistakes not to grab what ever is available, when the hunger plays games with you. This kind of food will keep your belly flat and is all  for a healthy lifestyle approach on a everyday basis.
