Life changing Health Habits

"Your health is and should be your first priority"

I want to defuse the misconception and idea about healthy living as out of reach, hard to implement and achieve for "normal" individuals. Healthy living has an image in peoples mind as fit enthusiasts with six packs having the money needed and time to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Others believe they have to give up all the fun to live well and with health, neither is true!

I will share the best habits I know and are important for my health and are proved to be good for all specifically the three first habits as a basis. Start at the top and add as many as you can to fulfil your lifestyle improvements.

1. Eat well balanced delicious meals
2. Exercise enough and regularly
3. Have a good night sleep
4. Limit and manage stress
5. Keep a positive attitude and apply mindfulness
6.  Live with purpose
7. Practise gratitude
8. Build a support system
9. Moderation in what you do * 
10. Limit exposure to mass media and create hobbies that enriches



Healthy lifestyle do not have to be a challenge it is achievable to all. But you can make it your challenge to achieve! The secret is to focus on making well balanced and good choices on a daily basis. You can do that by creating good daily routines and habits which will support your healthy living and will eventually have a tremendous good effect on your health.

Benefits You will experience is; weight loss, increase in your overall health, ability to decrease sickness, increase your energy levels and your mood, you will extend your lifespan! And You will be a happier more energetic person as your strength and health improve and a positive force for your family and those around you. 

*The term isn't applicable when it come for example to smoking rather it is a way to measure the healthy choices you make! And if you do smoke it should be the number one life changing you need to make and replace. As a former smoker I do know what I'm talking about!!!  

This list is to help you get started with good habits or give you inspiration in good ones you may want to add to your healthy habit list! I will write and explain with more details on list in a future post.
