How To Plan a New Year

For five years ago at this time, and the beginning of January in 2010, I begun to follow a plan I designed on the latest part of December 2009. That was a decision after a review of my life, which was on the edge of total disaster. The deep insight I got, when I consciously made the decision to work through very tough emotions and situations, was that I can change my life to the better if I choose too and were willing to do what it takes. 

That realisation was naturally followed by the understanding that I needed to create a plan to follow, an overall outline for the next year but also a more detailed plan in what I wanted to achieve, which for that year had to focus on my health. At the time I had been sick in fibromyalgia for many years, was depressed and overweight as a part of it,, been through a difficult divorce, and I've had lost my dad to name some of my struggles, I was literally dying.

Keep You Happy and Shaped through Festivities

There is always some celebration going on, the seasonal celebrations, birthday parties, anniversaries, you name it.  The celebrations we participate every year are many and can be challenging for different reasons, our pocket our health or our emotional health if not all together. Well the good news is we decide if the challenge is going to be good or not. Make it to a good one, you are in charge!

What ever the celebration is the thoughts and steps in my article will give you good ideas about the choices you can make and the tools you can use to keep you in good mood and on the good lifestyle path you are on, and of course keep your waistline and tummy happy!

Be a Fighter Get Motivated & Inspired to a Fit Healthy You

There isn't any excuse good enough to keep you way from caring about you and your health. 

On today's post you are going to get to know a Lady which inspires and show that it Is possible to be fit and fabulous at any age - and also a bit of my story and struggle to keep on track when diversities arrive. Notice that age do not matter and I also will say neither do circumstances, you have to take it from where you are and move forward with what you have. You can achieve anything you possibly want to by shifting your thoughts focusing on what you want taking the necessary steps and you Will achieve it. Work Towards Your Dreams & Make Your Dreams Come True!

Either your dream is to be a public speaker or to loose weight you need to take action.  What is your dreams, are you working toward to make them true? Questions I asked my self and still do to discover and be in touch with my dreams. We all do have that in common,  dreams we would like to make true but for many they just stay dreams.

I succeeded to work towards my dreams reaching some and in progress with others I wanted to share the knowledge with you which dreams they are and how you can do to get started with yours. We all need examples to read about and see that it is possible!
