4 magic ingredients for weight loss & longevity

The power of what you do on a daily basis is literally your life outcome! I've seen it with my self as well as in others that we live with the autopilot on and underestimate the power of our habits.
When it comes to weight loss and longevity you can't afford to keep bad habits that brought you to an unhealthy path. You need to be aware of what you need to change in a daily basis and for long term.
On my way to a healthy lifestyle and weight loss, I discovered four steps as the best approach to create the magic I needed and make the changes to have the wanted result and one that last when it is followed. And by my research on the subject it is also a good approach to longevity.

Enough talking and to the magic ingredients for weight loss and longevity!

Recipe for Weight Loss & Longevity

  4 magic ingredients
1 move your butt, regular physical activity
2 eat food, good nutrition not "dieting"
3 attitude, long term mindset
4 support of others

How to:
1. To keep you fit and maintain a good weight it is proved that you have to walk 30 minutes daily in a mediocre speed. Slow walking doesn't count. And if you adapt weight training a couple sessions/week to that will help for better weight loss.
2. Eat whole food cooked from scratch. Buy food as near it's source as possible and as clean from additives and pesticides as possible. Do not use fad diets with fast solutions. They do not last!
3. Make possible changes that will last for a lifetime, you earn the place you are at by effort. You didn't gain weight over night, be patience.
4. Reach out for support. Don't keep it secret that you are trying to lose weight. Tell and seek the support of your surrounding so they will not sabotage for you!

* Secrets; Be flexible, some days you do more and some less.
Have a day each week to allow for you what you may long for.
If you go to a party, gathering or eating out, make the best choices for you available that supports your new way of life and make sure to make extra time for exercise.

As for longevity you need to know it also depends on your fitness level!

Happy to hear from you and answer questions or talk about it!
