Notes about Weight loss Failure.  Why You Aren't Seeing Results     
The New Year is only a few days away and many of you think about weight loss, it's the best health decision you can make and a good looking is always the good reward.. I have articles about that and was thinking of the matter some wont succeed in their pursue to lose weight and started to write down causes for weight loss failure.  

irene almaaWhile I was writing an overview in my notebook I realized that my drafts was a post of it's own and decided to post my notes as they are. You can use the notes as an overview and correct your agenda in your weight loss and health journey. Every matter is important to consider and you can improve in each one by doing as the first note claim, by being prepared.  To help you with that I will post some featured links.

Important for weight loss in some cases and even more significant than the eating habits is what you drink! I can't stress that enough as many may eat right and the right amount of food but they gain weight and
don't understand Why! Well here is a big issue, you drink a lot of your calories not considering that it makes you fat as they also may be low in sugar or diet drinks, which is even worse than the regular. 


Take a close look of your drink habits and count on the amount of all the extra unnecessary calories you consume by sipping on your favorite soft drink or juice and alcoholic beverages. By taking notice what you drink and how much you will be aware and able to change the bad habit and make better choices. 

The most ideal is to stop drinking your calories but if you find that difficult you should at least reduce your consumption of these drinks and over time try to quit with that habit. Consuming soft drinks is connected to obesity and weight related diseases and sugar create inflammation in our body which is the rot cause for many of our sicknesses. Significant to an overall good health is to quit drinking these drinks.

Liquid calories is a major diet bust! Yes indeed, research suggest that. The American Journal of clinical nutrition found a stronger link to weight loss by cutting liquid calories than by reducing solid calories or food, that is of course for those who do drink their calories.

To Consider
The average sugar sweetened soft drinks contain approximately 150 calories per serving. And most fruit juices are also high in calories, but a healthier alternative though when you make your own not considering weight loss. One cup of orange juice contains about 120 calories. You can see how easy and quickly calories add up when you consume sugar sweetened drinks. And most soft drinks are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, a cheaper alternative than the healthier beats and cane sugar. Unfortunately evidence shows that high fructose corn syrup is more fattening than white sugar because of the high fructose it contain.

 I focused on the drinking habits as it is a big issue and many can make an immediate difference by replacing the soft drinks with water or flavored water.
