On the other hand you need to decide what's easier, to feel drained, without energy, overweight and overtime sick? With that background I believe it's easier to improve your lifestyle and become the star you are. But you need to love yourself enough, I hope you do. It doesn't need to be too hard, small steps make a long mile!
It's simply really, but doesn't mean easiest, eat right and exercise that's it!
But You need to actually do the work and be willing to be your best or simply do your best.
To be realistic is a good start, losing those lbs or kg off you need to stay on, and no matter the falling downs you need to jump on the ride again and again and again if needed until you make it. It's done when it's done, do not quit but also don't take the promises to yourself to easy. You need to be able to relay on you, seek those who can give you strength and inspiration, as my page and thousand others.
Ya that's right there. But anytime is a good time just get it done!
Just a good suggestion to a workout and yes you can do it at the evening too :)
If you are a newbie start with one round and develop to 3x all the days of the week if you want, but then change the biceps to dips every other day. And by the end of this week you will be stronger. Aren't that great!
Last but most important is the above statement.
