Apple-cupyum with a peanut twist

(8 pieces)
You need!
4 green apples, granny smith
8 tsp crunchy peanut butter
4 tbsp goji berries
1/2 - 1 banana
cinnamon powder + sticks (optional)
lemon or lime to taste and to keep the apples from browning

How to..
1. Start by filling two containers with cold water, one for the apple cups and one for apple pieces, add lemon juice, about one tablespoon to one cup of water.
2. Cut the washed apples to halves and with a teaspoon carve the apple to a cup and put the chunks in the lemon water to keep fresh for the filling and the apple cups in the other container.
3. Cut the banana to chunks and add all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir all together and add lemon juice to light up and give taste to the filling, if to thick add little water.
4. Fill the cups and decorate with the sticks.  Can be made ahead and put in the fridge. Decorate with cinnamon powder before you serve, if you don't want the cinnamon decor use a dash of cinnamon in the filling.

Bon appetit!
